MAIA TECH is the studio brand of MASOIATECH SAS. We design AI voice agents, automations, websites and custom applications for French SMEs. Based in Avolsheim, in Alsace.
Who we are
MAIA TECH was born from a simple conviction: French SMEs deserve the same artificial intelligence tools as large corporations, without the complexity or the cost of an in-house IT department. We design and operate our own products — starting with MAIA.AI, our AI phone assistant deployed at restaurants, medical practices, tradespeople and town halls — and we support companies on custom projects: chatbots, automations, websites, SaaS applications.
Our approach is that of a studio: few clients, a great deal of care. Clean code, deliberate technical decisions (Cloudflare edge, 100% European infrastructure, latency under 300 ms), and a standard of quality measured at every single user interaction.
The co-founders
Antoine drives the strategy and business development of MAIATECH. Rooted in Alsace, he builds the studio's network of partners and founding clients. Direct contact for partnerships and rollouts.
Matthieu leads product and engineering. As architect of the MAIA platform, he designs the AI voice agents, automations and integrations that keep the studio's clients running day after day.
Our structure
MAIA TECH is a commercial brand. The company that operates this brand and publishes all the products — MAIA.AI included — is MASOIATECH SAS, a simplified joint-stock company under French law, registered with the Saverne Trade and Companies Register (RCS).
