MAIA TECH and MAIA SOLUTION are trademarks of MAIA SOLUTION SAS.

The French word mark MAIATECH is protected by a filing with the INPI registered on 26 May 2026 under number 5 261 800. The protection covers the following Nice classes:

• Class 9 — Software, computer equipment, smartphones, associated peripherals and electronic equipment.
• Class 35 — Advertising, computerised file management, web traffic optimisation, business management and administration, office functions.
• Class 38 — Telecommunications, provision of access to databases, videoconferencing services, electronic messaging, telephone communications.
• Class 41 — Organisation and conduct of colloquia, conferences and congresses, training.
• Class 42 — Design, development, installation and maintenance of software, provision of software as SaaS, server hosting, technological research.

Any unauthorised reproduction, imitation or use of the MAIATECH, MAIA TECH or MAIA SOLUTION trademark constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L. 713-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data

The maiatech.fr website collects no personal data directly through its interface (no contact form, no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics).

If you contact us at direction@maiasolution.fr, the data you provide (name, email, phone, message) is processed by MAIA SOLUTION SAS for the sole purpose of responding to your business enquiry. This data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.

Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights over your personal data at any time:

Data hosting

All data processed by MAIA SOLUTION SAS as part of its services is hosted exclusively within the European Union, with approved European operators. No data transits through or is stored with a hosting provider subject to non-European jurisdiction (notably the US Cloud Act).

Cookies

The maiatech.fr website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies that may be set are technical cookies strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the website (session management, Cloudflare performance), exempt from prior consent in accordance with the CNIL deliberation of 17 September 2020.
