How is this different from a generic chatbot?

A generic chatbot answers from general knowledge. A custom chatbot is connected to YOUR data, your tools and your processes: it knows your offering and your rules, and can take action, with business safeguards that prevent it from making things up.

On which channels can the chatbot operate?

Website, Instagram and other messaging apps, application, internal customer portal: the chatbot is multi-channel and keeps the conversation context from one channel to the next.

Yes. We set up a chatbot that automatically replies to your Instagram direct messages, via Meta's official connection paired with a layer of artificial intelligence.
