What is the difference with a traditional phone menu?
A traditional phone menu forces you through keypad options (“press 1, press 2”), which most callers abandon. An AI voice agent understands natural language: the caller explains their request out loud, and the agent answers it, books an appointment or takes an order, or transfers to the right person.
How long does it take to set up a custom agent?
Expect about one week for a turnkey agent configured around your industry's vocabulary and rules. Projects with specific integrations may take longer: we scope it together from the start.
Can the agent keep my current phone number?
Yes. Most often, you keep your number and set up a simple call forward to the agent. The transition is invisible to your customers, who keep calling the number they already know.
What happens to calls the agent can't handle?
The agent is built to recognise its limits: faced with a complex request or an emergency, it transfers the call to the right person according to your rules, or takes a detailed message that you can retrieve afterwards.
